It’s not about it still being mentioned. It’s about the fact that you guys basically promised it would be this way for life and then without any warning changed it.
It’s fine that you are changing the description, but if you don’t continue to honor the promise to those that signed up when it was advertised basically “free for life under 1000” then you essentially lied to your customers.
I agree with @ldeschenes. This is NOT what you advertised. This logo is completely ruining the layout of the emails I am sending. I was planning on a mass advertising for a group of promoters that use a different newsletter service to switch to WordPress and MailPoet, but I am going to wait and see how this gets resolved. I don’t want to recommend a company that clearly says completely free for the first 1000 emails, and then changes the rules without notice. I guess while I wait I will look for alternatives as I do not want that logo at the bottom of my newsletter and can’t justify $15 per month for 30 emails.
