The plugins I’ve had to disable are:
Advance Waitlist (by CEDCommerce) – paid
Advance Order Export (by AlgolPlus)
WP All Export (by SoFlyy)

I deleted a Waitlist plugin that was recently updated & it has started working again. The Order Export plugin is more important so was OK to do so but ideally both would work!

This is the same for me – the problem has arisen since I upgraded to the latest version of WordPress – no new plugins have been installed (though some have been upgraded to latest versions). Running WP 4.5.3 & WooCommerce 2.6.1.
Last time this happened it was resolved by an update from you.
