i think problem was inside server. i had several problems paralel, so its hard to say which was the one.
i also cant update plugins or download new via backoffice. i getting error that site cant connect to ww.wp.xz.cn.
try go to modules – add new and serach for some module. if you find and can download plugins, you have different problem like me.

i instal newest version of this plugin to WP 4. When try to connect with my pwd and username, i get this error:
