I’ve found the solution! Sorry for the mess. I use NitroPack on my website and it was clearing the reviews. I excluded the URL with the reviews from optimization and the reviews showed up.

Chris, I’ve found the reason. It was a plugin called “Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order”. I have it to sort my blog categories. I turned it off and my tags are now in alphabetical order. I think I can live without the mentioned plugin. On my blog tags order is much more important. Thank you!

Thank you Chris. The order doesn’t change no matter what I do. I reloaded the page, tried different settings, different browsers. Nothing. I did what you suggested and the result is below. The order is still random.
I will try to turn off my plugins one by one and check if it helps.
