I see that my Series Table of Contents widget no longer shows my series as an alphabetical list in my sidebar. Been inside and checked the widget settings. They look correct. Sorts the series by “name” in an “ASC” order. The list is now displayed in a random order. See the right sidebar in the following example: https://estudio.no/generasjoner/. How do I correct this?
And when I try to change it back to article no 5 in this serie the changes dont apply.
I have now bought the PRO version and upgraded. The problem is now even greater than before. You promised the problem would go away. What do I do now? I have over 3,000 articles in over 290 series. Many articles are included in 4-5 article series.
Here is a concrete example:
This article https://etudie.no/generasjoner/ was originally article no. 5 in the article series https://etudie.no/serier/bedriftskultur/. When I opened this article after upgrading, this article automatically became article no. 23 in this article series without me having made any changes myself. All I did was open the article and save it again without making any changes.
I tried to log in to their site (https://publishpress.com/wp-login.php), but I can’t remember my username or password. When I try to reset the password, I get the following error message: “Error: There is no account with that username or email address.”. I can’t find an email address on their site either. This is therefore the only opportunity I have to get in touch with you. What do I do now. You can meet me at [email protected].
