“You need to authorize your Twitter accounts.”
and when I click the Authorize New Account button, I get the following error.
“Could not recognize the response from Twitter”WordPress 3.6.1
Haven’t tried disabling plugins, but I’d like to avoid that if I can.Dude. You are a WIZARD. That did the trick!

You’re right, it’s a theme issue.
I disabled all of my other plugins so that the only ones turned on were calendar and calculator –no effect.
Then I turned on Twenty Eleven theme– the two plugins worked together.
Do you have any hints on how to fix?
