You should be able to. Check out the Cloudflare site’s support section as that seems to have little to do with this plugin.
I use a cache plugin that combines JavaScript and css files into 1 and then minifies them. It seems like Cloudflare will nobody files but not combine them. Though they do have a feature that is supposed to speed up the serving of files. Checking in gtmetrix.com I found better numbers when I had my caching plugin still being used. But experiment and see what works best for you.
