The developer appears to have updated the plugin but left the version number at 3.1. Confirmed updated and working on both our sites now.
Thank you for clarifying, Stefan

In reply to: [Breeze Cache] Cache not auto-clearing at set frequencyHello,
As mentioned, we’ve already changed this setting to 60 minutes, but are still getting reports that outdated info is being shown due to cache. Please advise.
That seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you for your help!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Problem with upcoming event datesHi Geoff,
I already ruled out caching (Breeze, server varnish, and redis are all disabled). I also disabled all other plugins and changed themes to make sure it wasn’t conflicting with something.
I messed around with things a bit more and got this line in the debug log from creating a new event:
tribe-canonical-line channel=default level=error source="The start_date and start_date_utc has a conflict when using the timezone of the event. : The end_date_utc does not match the value of end_date with the timezone." method="TEC\Events\Custom_Tables\V1\Models\Builder::upsert" line=307 model="TEC\Events\Custom_Tables\V1\Models\Event"Can you please advise on what this means? Time setting is UTC-6

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Critical Error related to Date FormatHello Abz,
If it doesn’t occur initially, usually reloading or revisiting the page will show the critical error. To clarify again, the issue doesn’t seem to be isolated to any single page/view. We get the same error on the event single view too:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function format() on null in /mnt/data/home/728901.cloudwaysapps.com/hqfbtcjsjq/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Views/V2/iCalendar/Links/Google_Calendar.php:145 Stack trace: #0 /mnt/data/home/728901.cloudwaysapps.com/hqfbtcjsjq/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/functions/template-tags/ical.php(57): Tribe\Events\Views\V2\iCalendar\Links\Google_Calendar->generate_single_url() #1 /mnt/data/home/728901.cloudwaysapps.com/hqfbtcjsjq/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/iCal.php(141): tribe_get_gcal_link() #2 /mnt/data/home/728901.cloudwaysapps.com/hqfbtcjsjq/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(307): Tribe__Events__iCal->single_event_links() #3 /mnt/data/home/728901.cloudwaysapps.com/hqfbtcjsjq/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(331): WP_Hook->apply_filters() #4 /mnt/data/home/728901.cloudwaysapps.com/hqfbtcjsjq/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(476): WP_Hook->do_action() #5 /mnt/data/home/728901. in /mnt/data/home/728901.cloudwaysapps.com/hqfbtcjsjq/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Views/V2/iCalendar/Links/Google_Calendar.php on line 145It seems to be similar to this recent thread. This doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue or due to external factors, so please see that this is brought to your devs’ attention.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Critical Error related to Date FormatHello Abz,
I previously marked this as resolved after seeing your message, but I was just able to confirm the server is already running PHP 7.4. Please advise.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Critical Error related to Date FormatCorrection: the problem occurs on an event category page, not the primary events page: https://www.snu.edu/snu-events-calendar/category/admissions-event/
