No automatic conversion for ‘

So:
MAC users should press alt+cap+’ -> Test OK
Windows users : alt+0146 -> Not tested

Hello,

Nearly the same issue here and very problematic cause Easy TOC totally disappear.

An apostrophe in my title h2 breaks TOC: TOC is not displayed on page when my title start with “L’assurance…”

If I remove the apostrophe and start my title like this “Votre assurance…”. Easy TOC appears on the page.

Any idea to fix this?
