Once I waited a couple of hours and refreshed everything, the ticket purchase form worked perfectly! I’m not sure why the time delay made a difference, but the manual update of the plugins seems to have done the trick.

The manual update via FTP did not work unfortunately. I will try the conflict test – I already have a staging site set up.
