They do not manage this site, they only created a custom theme for the client. These guys do not own this website, so I can basically delete whatever I need, if my client eg the owner wants so. I cannot contact them, since we have no relation to each other.
I tried to delete it from plugins, it had no effect as you mentioned before.

Well, if it has to effect on the plugin what is the point in deleting it from ftp?
