Yes I am aware of that because I am using both the free version of your plugin and the paid version as well, and I am aware you can fetch the reviews from the website in the free version, but this feature is not available for the premium version of your plugin, strange!
& I’ve created the widget by logging into your website[admin.trustindex.io] and created the widget there and generated the shortcode, and pasted the shortcode into my website.
Now I can see the latest reviews. Just that your plugin dont seem to be fetching the new reviews soon.

Not sure why after updating to WP 5.0.3, all the emails stored in the database got altered to something like ‘[email protected]’ from ‘[email protected].’
Since I was making use of the ‘WP Simple Mail Sender‘ plugin, I made the change there, and now all’s well!
Thanks for the temporary fix, worked for me too.
