Exactly.
When I configure the product with a €5,5 signup fee, the total cart is €6,6.
When I configure it with €4,58, the total cart is €5,5 (the real price we want).
But when we look at the details on the cart, the price is €4,58 instead of €5,5.

Yes, the VAT is only applied to the sign up fee.
We want the signup fee to be €5,5 including the VAT.
And when we set the price as €4,58, this price will be seen in the final cart. But we want it to be €5,5.
I hope I made myself clear enough.
