Still doesn’t do anything. So this is most likely to be a theme problem?

I have checked again – z-index setting is 999… I am sending you print screen of these settings: http://imgur.com/a/Rg8Tp.
I also added the code to my custom CSS for theme, and also no effect: http://imgur.com/a/T8JgA.
Have you got any idea what’s causing the problem?
