I feel stupid, very much so. Turns out, there was no page with the “job-dashboard”-shortcode. Then it works fine. Me as admin can see all jobs in the dashboard, logged out users can see none of them and logged in users their own. How beautiful 🙂 THANK YOU!

Thank you for your reply, but the suggested way didn’t help much (it had nothing to do with the theme or plugins, which seems to be the default answer here). The form did not work, because the captcha wasn’t properly displayed. That happened, because we used v3 instead of v2. v3 doesn’t seem to work in general with WPJM.
