    About 8 other plugin, but when i deactivated all other plugins except CF7, the problem persisted.

    i tested with the WP 14 theme, and the success message is provided. It seems there must be a conflict between the plugin and the theme (which is a theme created by another developer)

    So I am still confused on why the plugin would perform well when logged into WP but have problems when not logged in.

    I did attempt to debug with Firebug and a “404 Not Found” error returned for a .png file from the theme folder.

    Any ideas?
