Hi guys,
i contact the support like you say. They connected me with their technician through the email, i gave him access to admin page and he solve the problem.

So for the people, who have same problem, you should do it too.

Hi.

Thank you for your answer. I tried change that file, resintall it like you say and it works perfectly!

Problem with redirecting to /wp-admin/profile.php was in my browser (Google Chrome). I don’t know why but I try change internet browser and now everything works fine.
