I don’t know, why browser’s language preference has higher priority than language preference defined in wp-config.php (in this case some special way to configure this behaviour in wp-config.cfg will be awesome).
User must set his / her language manually in FF3 like this:

After 2.3.3 upgrade, my web displays some text before header, i’m using WP-Multiflex3 theme:
GET /complete/search?output=firefox&client=firefox&qu=multi HTTP/1.1 Host: suggestqueries.google.com User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; cs; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 Accept: text/xml,application/xml,application/xhtml+xml,text/html;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,image/png,*/*;q=0.5 Accept-Language: cs,en-us;q=0.7,en;q=0.3 Accept-Encoding: gzip,deflate Accept-Charset: windows-1250,utf-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.7 Keep-Alive: 300 Connection: keep-alive Cookie: PREF=ID=e1c2b99ee9293ddf:TM=1201951385:LM=1201951385:S=onOZpNMWtabq3V8P
So i’m going back to 2.3.2 only updating xmlrpc.php.
EDIT: I apologize, that error was caused by error in ftp transfer, i reupped whole thing and it’s working. Thanks for your excellent work.
