Thank you for your reply. While I did see tracking info, the error still showed on the dashboard. So, I installed the package you pointed me to @ Github.
I visited my site via VPN and could see the Live Stat change (yay!). However, the “Due to your server or website configuration it is not possible to track statistics” error remains on the dashboard. Shall I just ignore it or might something else be wrong?
