After disabling the Multi-Step Product Configurator Plugin the product-page displays two subscription forms:
The one on top works with emails
The other on the bottom is not working. (The one I want to use)Kind Regards,

I solved the problem by TEMPORARLY DISABLING APACHE MOD_security .
