I think it must be the theme then.
I have disabled any third party plugins and cleared the web browser’s cache but the comment box is still not appearing.

I have a different theme installed for the website, when i go on ‘live preview’ of TwentySixteen, I’m not happy with this so don’t want to switch to this one to check.
It doesn’t say anything about comments on the Dashboard?
Just wondering if it’s a theme issue, is there a plugin that will do the same job? I installed ‘Decent Comments’ plug in, but nothing has shown up.

We have a host we want to stick with, we don’t want to host. We have ww.wp.xz.cn version 4.6.1, free version, which we use for maintaining the website.
I basically want to use Google Analytics with our website, but when I looked into this, the Google instructions advised compatible with “WordPress Business” only.
I basically want to know how to proceed to stick with what we currently have in terms of hosting/ww.wp.xz.cn but how to incorporate Google Analytics into this.
