Thanks for responding on a quick notice.I followed the instructions that you’ve given.
1. app.hubspot.com was already open on or before this issue.
2. Captured the HAR file following the instructions on the link.
3. Sent the file over to the email you have provided with the subject line “HAR File”
4. I included a screenshot of the browser console as well so you can see the errors.
5. I also provided the Chrome store links to the extensions that I have enabled on my browser.Hopefully that works and this gets resolved while it’s still the weekend.

Thank you for your reply but as I have said on my second post, it seems like I am not able to contact their email since it is non-existent and the social icons on their website doesn’t lead to anywhere.Forum: Plugins

The [login-user] and [login-user-name] doesn’t have any distinction since it’s actually the same, you’d think one of them will be for the ‘Name’ itself but No, it is only for Username. As per the custom email it doesn’t support HTML tags nor the regular ones doesn’t have any format for line breaks when received via email. This all in addition to no manual or tutorial or a detailed documentation.
