Its already turned on but the plugin is not working.
This was resolved (if the user uses CSV format instead of XML while exporting)

Nopes. The SKU is appearing fine on the order. I even checked via REST API by using Postman and checking for order with the faulty SKU. It appears fine everywhere except the export.
