FIXED! I disconnected Jetpack and then reconnected, all is fine!!!!

Refreshed screen, emptied cahe, etc again just to be sure.
Still same issue. I followed the path WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Shipping. (Screen shot below)

I clicked on “Add a credit card” Which I did (again) I used a different card this time just in case) Screenshot below

When I return back to my orders screen and click on “Create Shipping Label” I still have the same message (See screenshot)
