I have deactivate other plugin to see any other conflicts, but none resolved the problem. Is this accordion setting issue? If clicking other accordion, the active one will close and the new one will open, so the problem not so obvious but I will appreciate any solution. Thank you

I noticed if I click twice in the same accordion,it will not close. Is this normal? Should it toggle open and close?

You are correct. It conflict with the Viavi WordPress Timeline (Version 1.0) by viaviwebtech plugin. I still need to use this plugin, so is there any other way to resolve the problem?
