You can see the user is assigned the Administrator role. All of the template and plugin capabilities are assigned. In the last image you can see the Plugins admin menu is missing, as is the “Divi Theme Options” menu item, which should be the first thing in the Divi submenu.
Thank you. I have already activated both the Role Levels and Role Hierarchy add-ons and assigned the new user role to level 80 (role position) and 8 (level dropdown). I have granted permissions to create roles, create users, list roles and list users.
There is still no option to select the user role when I’m signed in as the new user role and adding a user.
