Thank you. Will do!
Thanks, but not exactly the solution I was looking for.
Even the error messages as I said requires the user to scroll to find it.Maybe this Contact Form is not my best option, if it doesn’t have a way to auto-scroll to the generated messages when submitted?
I thought this might be a common behavior problem for others too, unless I was very obviously doing something wrong. Maybe most people who use this form keep their form to few fields and thus the page is rarely scrolled down.
When I enable redirect and added the same url of the contact page (since I don’t want them to go elsewhere) it will display the completed message still at the top of the page, out of site unless the user manually scrolls up and then after the preset amount of seconds redirects back to the same page and display the form again, But also it doesn’t refresh to the top of the page and remains at the same position, below at the end of the form.
I have tried looking all over the forum and faqs and can’t find anything on this.
Maybe I can us an anchor tag at the top of the page to redirect there, but that doesn’t help show for the completed form message within view first.
Yes, thank you.
The complete the form which in term based on the screen, will have scrolled down the page, then once submitted the page refreshes, form disappears and the success message is displayed at the top of the page out of sight.
Also this means that the error messages are displayed upon submit but may also be out of sight if further up the page.
I know I’m probably missing something basic. Just need to get the page to scroll back to top upon hitting submit.
