The Bank needs to see the actual woocommerce request/response logs! These will include the actual request that is sent from woocommerce to epx.
Thanks for your response.The Chauffeur Booking System plugin is actually transferring the whole amount to woocommerce correctly but woocommerce is not passing the value over to the EPX terminal. Please see the below attached screenshots.
