disabling element cache solved it for me temporarily, then it popped up again
- php 8.2
- Elementor Pro 3.25.4
downgrading to php 7.4 removed the 2 errors

go to wp-front-end-login-and-register\includes\class-wp-mp-register-login-loader.php

add this on line 34 (just under protected $actions;):
