Thanks for the info.

The rule is there and is being loaded but is being overwritten in chrome by the user agent stylesheet.

Thanks for the update. Time is correct on all machines but it still displays the time an hour out.

Shortcode we are using is

[date format=”l, jS F Y, h:i A”]
