There was a plugin on the website called perfmatters https://perfmatters.io/ that seems to have caused all the chaos on this website.

I tried that from all the other entries I read. Thanks for the prompt reply, also I have compatibility mode checked. I also deactivated WPRocket just incase.
I have no other map plugins running either.
