1. go to cache -> exclude -> do not cache URL
I did this: https://a.cl.ly/NQuJ0KLo add download_file2. go to page optimization ->tuning setting -> URI exclude

This is the screenshot of our duplicated database (by Translatepress, according to our hosting provider) . The database had been duplicated more than 10x.
