Based on feedback from the second link,I added this line to the RTL stylesheet of the child theme. I’m not sure if this is the right way, but it worked:
* {word-break: keep-all !important;}
Thank you for the suggestion. I have activated your original Tiny Framework theme and the issue still persists. I am leaving Tiny Framework active so you can see it.

In reply to: [wp-jalali] No media list when it's activeMalakut, that last error was because Iranian Calendar (IC) uses certain function names that are the same as those in Wp-Jalali. Deactivating one or the other should prevent that from ever happening again.
Update: Sorry it took a while, as the Farsi version of WordPress 3.6 just came out this morning. Updated, and the symptoms persevere. I have also replicated the issue with a completely new installation, different database and no plugins.
Very well. I will update and report back.
Done and done. Same issue. Site died via function redeclaration error.
Update: Sure enough, switching to 2012 also shows the line duplication error. It doesn’t seem to be the theme in this case.
Thank you esmi, I understand; I just need to know if that sort of unexpected behaviour can arise from the theme itself, or whether there is something wrong with my overall setup, or maybe some sort of hack.

the problem seemed to be with the host I was using. I am not sure what parameter was the culprit, but after switching, everything is fine now. Thanks again.

On a hunch, I replaced all files in the wp-admin and wp-includes from a new base wordpress zip file. Apparently my installation was affected by the update from 3.5 to 3.51.
