I did try different images of different sizes and file type, but none of them worked.
However, I’m commenting back in case someone has this same problem. I fixed it by deleting the file and image fields in the FEUO UI and re-creating them. Not sure exactly what the issue was, but deleting the fields completely and re-creating them seemed to allow me to upload files.
