now my problem is solved ,the problem because of unwanted spaces and blank lines in code the error showed pages , ie,in the 13th lines from /home/xxx/public_html/xxx/wp-content/plugins/banner/banner.php had unwanted space before “<?php” and after the last line after “?>” had a blank line ,i delete those space and blank line and try to reload the page, then the problem is solved
