Yes, I did all those steps and had no success. I also tried using this plugin a few years ago and couldn’t fix this error.
So, I gave up using the plugin and installed another.

Thanks, but WordPress did not resize the images in the media library. The thumbnails are showing 640×360 when loaded.
Anyway, I have managed to use a plugin to do the job.
Theme Options Panel is gone. This 2.0 update is ruining the old Top Navigation and the side bar is broken.
