I didn’t get the whole string but it’s the social media and widgets section.

The message before it changes to time out is that it’s backing up a part of the website – there is no error message.
I don’t know if this is what you want for the event log:

I updated BOTH today to the new versions and the plugin doesn’t work.
I don’t remember code numbers the previous versions were.
I had a look at the description of the plug in and notice that it’s marked with a warning at the moment “Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”
I updated from the last version of wordpress today as well as the last version of the plugin today. Perhaps that’s the problem?

I’ve checked the hosting site and there aren’t any recent error logs.
I’ve looked at the most recent access log and there are a whole bunch of references to the plug in – I assume because I updated it today. Is there anything specific I should be looking for in there or do you want to see everything?

Could you tell me where I can find the access logs so I can filter them – I’m not sure where to find them. I’ve had a look in the plugin info but don’t see anything relevant there and haven’t been able to find it elsewhere.
