In reply to: [Display Eventbrite Events] Events not updating even after flushing the cacheHi! I’ve re-read them and can’t see anything I’ve missed. The events are all public and published and they did work once upon a time.
I’ve also reset the settings and grabbed a new API key but it’s still showing the same results. Connection status is ‘Connected’.
My client is willing to pay for the pro version but I’m concerned that won’t solve the issue.

The error has now gone but it looks like the RSS feed is pretty ropey like you said.
Real shame as that was a nice feature so hopefully they’ll get it working better soon.

…and to get around the fact it doesn’t have separate pulldowns for parent categories I’ve added new taxonomies instead. This is reasonably easy to do with the instructions on the following link…

A little more complex but it seems pretty stable and much more customisable.

In reply to: Featured Image not showing in custom slotI’ve changed everything back to how it was and it worked but when I changed the image size change in the child theme functions.php from the default to 300px wide and 600px high it stopped working again.
Is there a problem with Portrait featured images?
