It’s only happening when jetPack is activated. The function is_page returns true so it parses the page as if it were an article/post, It needs to parse it like a front page. The function is grabbing entry-title instead of title, and so on. I’m using the setting one column, no side bar. Default page templae does the same thing however Default Events Template works correctly, it just doesn’t allow for the correct alignment of my site.
