I meant to come back and explain what I did. In the end, I think my theme was old and not updated so I had to bite the bullet and update my theme and redo my web-site. EVerything displays nicely now.

I have taken the plugin off which I used to try and counter this as it improved things slightly (but didnt show the product gallery images)

This is what I get from woocommerce (I would be happy with the standard WooCommerce product page above). As you scroll down you will see that all images are massive. The WooCommerce Products that i sett to show in 3 columns, just shows them as 1.

OK, I downloaded the plugin and ran the hook manualy. It didn’t work. Is there anything I need to do to the hook? Is this working for others? I saw on one post that it had stopped working for someone. I think I’m about to admit defeat!

Thanks for the idea. I did follow the instructions in the Siteground link (this is my host). With the plugins, what am I supposed to do can I schedule the table to refresh, if so, do you know the internal name? I am supopsed to add. Sorry, I am new to CRON scehduling.
