Yes, I exclude admin role in ‘can edit these user roles only’ and already unchecked the ‘can delete other member accounts?”

Hi Uttam,

It works.

Thanks a lot for explaining with clear detail by email, it really helped me a lot to fix this.. It turns out my theme causing to generate 3 excerpt box which created the bug. However I already modified the theme a little bit and now it works and in Stuctured Data Testing Tool the review item is only 1. The stars just showed up yesterday. Nice..

It’s the WordPress editor role and I’m using Ultimate Member version 2.0.29
