    Unfortunately I am not confortable with PHP.

    Can you be so kind to tell me which files and how modify them to obtain what I need ?

    I guess this will be useful for other users of this plugin .

    thanks for the answer.

    I do realize I do not have correctly explained my problem , please see below :

    When a booking is cancelled by customer, He receive a message with

    Subject : your booking at … on …. was cancelled …………

    and on the body of the email message, just above the booking details,
    there is written : the following booking at …. is cancelled .

    When booking is cancelled by attendand or by administrator (FROM BACK-END calendar ),
    the message sent to customer to confirm the cancellation is not the same .

    In my case it come with subject : YOUR BOOKING AT … WAS SUCCESSFULLY MODIFIED .

    In the body message , the status is changed to CANCELLED but did not say anywhere else that booking is cancelled as it happens when customer cancell the booking from his side .

    Only I need is that when a booking is cancelled ( either from customer or assistant/ salon ) the cancellation confirmation message will be the same .
    Since the booking status modification only could be confusing .

    Sure I miss something .

    I am doing wrong procedure to cancell a customer booking ( from admin calendar )
    or I forgot a configuration/setup somewhere ? .
