Thank you for reporting this issue.Our Plugins team has identified the root cause of the error, and there is no longer any need to roll back to a previous version.
A new release — version 3.2.8 — has been deployed to address the problem.In order to send you the package containing the fix (to be installed on your server), please provide your Brevo Support ID, or open a ticket directly from the Support & Tickets section of your Brevo account.
If you choose to open a ticket, feel free to include “Request WP 3.2.8 zip” in the subject line for faster handling.
If you prefer to share your Support ID here, I will proceed with sending the package by email to the administrator email address linked to your Brevo account.Thank you for your understanding.

If it is indeed the default checkout page that is used, the only reason that would prevent the checkbox to show would be your server policy.
I can see that the page is blocked and we keep receiving empty responses. The root endpoint is the following : https://my-site-com/wp-json/sendinblue-woo/v1/
