What exactly was it flagging? messages with links in? Falsely flagging IP addresses? etc. Please clarify as this only affected some not all of the fluent form submissions. I can’t see a pattern.
Can you let me know what actions have been put in place to mitigate any future issues?

I need to communicate this issue to clients who will more than likely want to move away from CleanTalk. So any help understanding how you have a robust solution going forwards would be welcome.
