1) Yes, we experienced the error when we manually updated the plugin. We can see on the server that the error occurred three times during the update process. We are not seeing any errors at the moment, so we are unsure whether the issue continues.
2) We previously had Yoast SEO version 27.1.1, and we manually updated it to version 27.2.
