An example would be if I purchased a
– wooden ring garland 50cm
– Put in the postal code 8011 (ChristChurch) or 8025The shipping cost should be South Island Urban $16 and we are getting a flat rate of $10 Dollars
We have variable products with different sizes and different Shipping class costs.
Do we have to add every area post code in?

Is there something they should be doing on their side? Changing ftp user names? I have spent hours with this. If I upgrade manually, do I have to do it with every upgrade? What if I deleted the whole site and started again?Forum: Installing WordPress

I have deleted the Upgrade folder and recreated it
I am still getting the message: Could not create directory.: /public_html
Please help…
