In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Order canceled” email not sent to customerHi I have an issue where the cancelled order email does not go to the designated email recipients in my woo commerce settings>emails>”cancelled order”. The cancelled order email does go to the wordpress website admin email. New order emails are making it through to the designated email recipients. Where do I troubleshoot this issue? The Fluent SMTP logs show the cancelled order email as being sent. Thank you!
Any other suggestions?

I re tested the form on bottom this page https://crowvineyardandwinery.com/wine-club/ as well as form on another page https://crowvineyardandwinery.com/contact-visitor-info/ in case they were set up differently using both test email addresses you noted above (thanks for catching my mistake in miss of symbol on the s@cleantal
k.org)
I still got the same error message on all the tests. Let me know other troubleshooting tips on what I may be missing so I know whether the Clean Talk is working correctly.
