I turned off ‘aggregate CSS’, which disabled the ‘also aggregate inline CSS’ but I unchecked that too. Would you like me to play with those settings a bit to see which works?
This seems to work for now! Last time it broke after viewing a few pages, but this time it hasn’t, even after viewing a few different pages. Thank you!

wp-content/cache/, wp-content/uploads/, admin-bar.min.css, dashicons.min.css
