The problem was in Gutenberg. So it is disabled for now until they can come up with a fix. Thank you for everyones responses.
I tried deactivating all the plug ins. The problem still happened but the error mesage changed to 500 internal server error nginx
I am dragging them into the site page i am using at that moment. When it happens I instantly get a JSOS message. It doesn’t happen all time, but has been happening more lately. I have enabled the following plug ins, but they work in the background. I don’t use them to install images.

PDF embedder
WP Super Cache
Wp-User-online
