Hi Pedrag, thank for your answer I solved the issue and would like to explain how.
1)I’ve migrated my wordpress site with “all in one wp migration” from development to production.
2)I noticed that the issue was in both environments at the start but then started working in development.
3)The differences between dev and prod were in Prod that has the domain hosted elsewhere.
4)in development I’ve the two “rendering” options ticket that I’vent in production :
Load form using AJAX
Enable Prevent page caching on form pages
5)I ticked them but still not working.
6)I migrated the domain to the same hoster, still not working.
7)I was desperate and removed forminator plugin from prod and then reinstalled it.Tadah it happened the magic…migrating the website have corrupted something and now Forminator is working flawlessly.
